Jesus did not try to counsel or convert Pilate or Herod, nor did he win favor with the religious governing body of the day. It is probbly not possible to do so through righteous means and maintain it. It is not the Kingdom Christians are called to; though the Reconstructionists believe Christians can institute Old Testament laws in the modern age, those who have tried to do so have not achieved a truly Christian effect.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
